Reiki Session 90 minutes
A complete Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table. Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the body. Additional placements on the limbs can be done as needed. The Reiki practitioner can hold their hands just off the body if needed. Chakra balancing is included. I incorporate crystals and music to the session.

What to Expect?
Reiki practitioners work to channel the flow of energy from places where it might stagnate in our bodies. Practitioners do not control the flow of Reiki, but help to direct it. Unblocking the energy can help relieve pain in specific areas and redirect it to other places that might benefit. It’s thought that doing so aids in alleviating pain and possibly relieving the symptoms of certain illnesses.
